Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before registering an account or using any service provided by 1j777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the Player", "the User") and 1j777. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer game, crash game, or sports event available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, enhanced odds offer, or other incentive made available by 1j777 to Players, subject to separate promotional terms.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a Player to transfer funds from their Account balance to a verified personal payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of a valid national identity document and proof of payment method ownership.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of all 1j777 Accounts.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action listed under Clause 9 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.
• "Business Day" means any day other than Friday or Saturday or a public holiday in Bangladesh.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on the Platform, ticking any acceptance checkbox presented during onboarding, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept these Terms in full. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the amended version.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted through your Account, including but not limited to: browsing the Platform, playing casino or live dealer games, placing sports wagers, claiming Bonuses, making Deposits, and requesting Withdrawals.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have the lawful authority to bind that individual to these Terms. In practice, 1j777 requires each Player to operate their own Account personally — third-party account operation is not permitted and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 9.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 1j777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable minimum age requirement. 1j777 enforces age verification via KYC before any Withdrawal is processed.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 1j777 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by 1j777 for any reason related to Prohibited Conduct, fraud, or misrepresentation.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to your jurisdiction, and you are not subject to a court or regulatory order prohibiting you from engaging in gambling activities.
• You are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold one Account only. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether using the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, 1j777 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances or pending Bonuses therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including: your full legal name as it appears on your National ID, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, a working email address, and your date of birth. You must update your Account information promptly if any of these details change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.

Once registered, your Account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 1j777 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as having been carried out by you personally, whether or not you authorised it, unless you notify us of unauthorised access promptly upon becoming aware of it.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances. 1j777 will never ask you to reveal your password in full via email, chat, or any other channel — any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You must notify 1j777 without delay if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any loss or theft of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity on your Account. Upon receiving such notification, 1j777 will suspend your Account pending a security review. 1j777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials or where you have delayed notifying us.

All 1j777 sessions are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. However, the security of the network from which you access the Platform — including your mobile device, home Wi-Fi, or mobile data connection — remains your own responsibility. 1j777 strongly recommends against accessing your Account from shared or public devices or networks.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 1j777 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name are prohibited and will be returned where practicable or forfeited where return is not possible.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to reflect depending on your issuing bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes on average following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. 1j777 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any Withdrawal, particularly for first-time Withdrawals or Withdrawals above ৳50,000.

• 1j777 does not charge any internal fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own service charges, for which 1j777 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made by third parties on your behalf will be returned and may result in Account suspension.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposit on your Account require additional verification and may take up to 3 Business Days to process.
• 1j777 reserves the right to impose enhanced due diligence procedures on Withdrawal requests that it reasonably considers unusual, including requests for large amounts or requests made shortly after a large deposit with minimal wagering activity.
• Funds held in an Account that has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200, applied until the Account balance reaches zero. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

1j777 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh cultural calendar (including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season). All Bonuses are subject to their own specific promotional terms, which are published in the Promotions section of the Account dashboard and constitute a supplement to these Terms.

General Bonus conditions that apply to all 1j777 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the minimum amount you must wager before the Bonus (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the time limit stated in the relevant promotion. Unused Bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and video poker typically contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. Specific game contribution rates are listed in the Promotions section.
• Only one Bonus may be active per Account at any time. A Player who claims a new Bonus while an existing Bonus is active may have the existing Bonus voided.
• 1j777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a Player has already claimed a Bonus, 1j777 will honour the Bonus under the terms that were in effect at the time of claim, except where fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus, using wagering strategies designed to exploit Bonus terms with minimal risk, or colluding with other Players to artificially meet wagering requirements — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus and related winnings.

8 Game Rules and Fairness

All casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and sports betting markets available on 1j777 are operated either directly by 1j777 or by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly forbidden on 1j777 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account using your device, payment method, or personal information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting an underage person to access the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud to deposit on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of software automation to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in card games, live dealer games, or any game format where collusion can confer a strategic advantage.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or matched betting strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine recreational wagering intent.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward 1j777 support staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any content, software, or data from the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy service, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider without first contacting 1j777 support and giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter directly.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 1j777 Platform — including but not limited to: the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, game software, text, data compilations, audio, video, and underlying source code — is the intellectual property of 1j777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from the Platform for commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by 1j777 and its licensors.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1j777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.

1j777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1j777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures (including payment provider outages).

12 Privacy and Data Protection

1j777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period as requested by 1j777.
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting 1j777 support.
• 1j777 is required to close your Account by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.
• Continued operation of your Account presents a financial, reputational, or legal risk to 1j777.
• Your Account has been inactive for more than 24 months.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct or fraud, any verified Account balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where closure is due to Prohibited Conduct or fraud, the Account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at 1j777's discretion.

You may also request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 Business Days. Any remaining balance will be paid out via your registered payment method following final KYC verification.

15 Amendments to These Terms

1j777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and post a notice on the Platform homepage. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
